Hacia una protección integral de los Paisajes de Interés Cultural a través de una nueva caracterización patrimonial

Resumen

Los pueblos donde las relaciones entre lo modificado por el hombre y el medio natural en el que se han desarrollado a lo largo de la historia, son armónicas, auténticas e irrepetibles, constatan la necesidad de entender el paisaje a través del conjunto de las variables que les son inherentes, de descubrir la identidad que los puede integrar y los puede llevar a una gestión sostenible potenciando la esencia de cada pueblo. Solo entonces podrán ser protegidos en su desarrollo a través de una figura patrimonial que resguarde no solo los bienes patrimoniales puntuales o en conjunto que poseen, sino una salvaguarda integral como la correspondiente a la de Paisaje de Interés Cultural.

Abstract

The villages where the relationships between the modified by man and the natural environment in which it has developed throughout history, they are harmonious, authentic and unrepeatable, confirms the need to understand the landscape through the set of variables which they are inherent to him and they discover the identity which can integrate them and can lead them to a sustainable management, strengthening the essence of each people. Only then they can be protected in their development through to a patrimonial figure which protects the specific assets or altogether which possess and gives them the integral safety as it is corresponding to the landscape of Cultural interest.
